Image Terms and Conditions
- Only photos that involve the foundation or the foundation’s merchandise may be submitted.
- Don’t be shy! You are welcome to include yourself in the picture.
- The maximum file size is 1MB (1054KB).
- Preference will be given to high quality images.
- Images are updated periodically.
- Submission does not guarantee publication of your image. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, change or modify any images that are submitted.
- By submitting, you give permission for use of your image on The JAYC Foundation website and assert that you have the right to give such permission. The JAYC Foundation asserts no ownership over submissions; all rights are retained by the photographer or rights holder.
