Hooves for Helping
At The JAYC Foundation, we’ve received an overwhelming number of requests for animal-assisted, nature-based therapy services. In response, we’ve launched the Hooves for Helping Referral Program—a community-driven referral initiative inspired by the spirit of the Give an Hour movement and made possible, in part, by a gift from the Crime Junkie Podcast.
How it Works
Step 1
Qualified Professionals and Sanctuaries apply to be listed in our free directory, by describing the type of support they offer and agreeing to a special rate.
Step 2
Clients browse our free searchable directory to find a Professional or Sanctuary to fits their specific needs and geographic criteria.
Step 3
Clients contact the Professional or Sanctuary and mention Hooves for Helping to reduce Professional service costs by 25% and Sanctuary admission fees by 20%.
